Future according to Jesus believable?

Consider what Jesus said in Matthew 24.
The disciples asked Jesus, What will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?
There are 2 things we can note from this question; the disciples knew Jesus will come back to earth and this age will end.

What is the age that will end? As we can note from Jesus’ descriptions of what will happen, the

Jesus Christ, the Only way to heaven?

How will we correct, rebuke, and encourage someone who asks “Why do you believe that Jesus Christ is the only way to eternal life and heaven?”

Before we can answer that question, we need to ask the person asking, do you believe in an afterlife? You see, the first reason for believing in Jesus Christ is to accept the fact that we need an answer to what happens when we die. One of man’s greatest problem is they will all eventually die and what happens after death is unknown!

Existence of God?

Does God Really Exist? (originally written September 9, 2009)

 

The professor presented the following logic:

"Has anyone in this class heard God?" Nobody spoke.

"Has anyone in this class touched God?"

Again, nobody spoke. "Has anyone in this class seen God?"

When nobody spoke for the third time, he simply stated, "Then there is no God."

If someone asks you “Why do you believe the Bible is God’s Word?” what would you say?
